North Curl Curl Real Estate Agents Market Report (week ending 27/8/2010)

Despite the election outcome all but clear, the North Curl Curl real estate market has picked up over the last week. There has been four properties sell while two new ones have entered the market. Over the past few weeks my office has had an increase in buyer demand throughout the beaches area. It is starting to look like a great spring market to sell, and anyone considering moving should start to consider placing their home on the market.

Last week was another fairly quiet week with regards to property movement. However there was in increase in people attending our open homes in the area. I am expecting to see the market pick up over the next few weeks once the election is over and spring starts.

North Curl Curl Real Estate Agents Market Report (week ending 13/8/2010)

This week there has been a few new properties enter the market for North Curl Curl. There was good news this week with the Westpac and the Melbourne Institute's consumer sentiment survey results. Consumer sentiment has increased by 5.4% to 119.2 points,  indicating consumers are now more optimistic than pessimistic.

The number of properties in North Curl Curl has again reduced, there are now 12 properties for sale down from 15.  I am expecting to see a relatively quiet period for new listings and sales until the elections are over in August 21.
