This has brought a 12 per cent decrease to properties listed for sale in North Curl Curl. There is still good demand from buyers looking for the few new properties that are entering the market as current homes don't meet their requirements.

This week saw stock on market in North Curl Curl increase by 13% as 2 new properties entered the market, while there was no other recorded activity. Throughout our property opens in the region we are seeing an increase in interest in residential property ahead of the usual spring rush. Not only are there increased numbers of people inspecting homes, but we are also seeing reasonable offers made leading to properties being sold.

The past week has seen more properties removed (both sold and withdrawn) than listed for sale. While there is an increase in new buyers starting to look ahead of spring. The fact that homes are still selling at good prices indicates the North Curl Curl market while quiet is still healthy.

North Curl Curl Real Estate Agents Market Report (week ending 2/7/2010)

This week there have been a number of properties enter the market increasing stock on market by 13% breaking the 3 week fall. There has been some sales however indicating there are still buyers for properties priced correctly.

The North Curl Curl median house price of the last 3 months has decreased by 1.6% to $1,150,000. This may be due in part to recent supply slightly outstripping demand causing a buyer’s market. This is traditional in beachside suburbs during winter.
